Andrea Mattei

Andrea Mattei, born in Versilia, returns to his homeland for a new and exciting challenge, after a twenty years long journey that took him to collaborate with the most renowned Chefs of the great classic world cuisine starting from La Magnolia of the Hotel Byron in Forte dei Marmi, arriving in Paris with Angelo Paracucchi first and then Alain Ducasse passing through Florence atEnoteca Pinchiorri, through Imola at San Domenico of Valentino Marcattili and then returning, after these precious experiences, at Magnolia where as chef-executive he gained his first Michelin Star in 2011.

In 2015 he was in charge of Meo Modo in Borgo San Pietro di Chiusdino around Siena, where he immediately reconfirmed the Michelin Star and now his return in Versilia directing not only the Bistrot but all the restaurants of the Vaiani family, delighted to be able to share with language gastronomic language personal, based on the essentiality, balance and enhancement of the flavors of our territory.
